Checking the current pilot…

What you’re buying

One personalised, AI-illustrated digital Hyrox roast book in printable PDF format, with twenty illustrated scenes, the recipient’s cartoon likeness and first name, and your dedication. Printing, binding and postage are not included. The total price is £9.99. VAT is not charged by this UK, non-VAT-registered seller.

Preview, payment and delivery

Submitting a request does not take payment. We first make a private cartoon-character preview, shown on your private order page or emailed when ready. Please check the likeness and request changes before approving. Approval is followed by a one-time Stripe checkout. We produce and check the full PDF manually and email your private download link within 3 working days after payment and preview approval.

The paid pilot is limited to three completed sales. A checkout temporarily reserves a place. If all places are reserved, please check back later. Once all three sales are confirmed, new paid orders close.

Changes, cancellation and problems

For a change, cancellation or refund request, email us with your order reference. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to stop production. We will explain the status of your order and the available resolution. This pilot does not ask you to waive statutory cancellation rights. These terms do not limit your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, is not as described or is not supplied.

Photos and privacy

Use only an adult’s photo that you have permission to submit. When automatic previews are enabled, your submitted photo is sent securely to OpenAI to generate the illustration. Your name and email are not included in that image-generation request. Order photos, personal details, previews and PDFs are held privately to make and deliver your gift, not for public marketing. Order files and personal details expire after 30 days; save the PDF before then. Payment records are held separately by Stripe. A minimal, non-personal launch ledger retains the number of places claimed so expiring files cannot reopen sales.

Your private order link gives access to your preview and finished file: keep it private. We contact the buyer, not the gift recipient. Preview and delivery emails are sent manually during the pilot.
